Restricted Access and Account Suspension

If we detect signs of restricted-jurisdiction access (e.g., VPN use, geographic inconsistencies, payment methods from prohibited regions), we may suspend or close your account pending investigation. We are not obligated to provide warning before suspension. During an investigation, your account is frozen and your balance is held. If we confirm that you violated jurisdictional restrictions, we may close your account permanently and forfeit remaining funds to the extent permitted by law.

Payment Processing and Restricted Jurisdictions

Our payment processors (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) are also bound by restrictions on processing payments from or to prohibited jurisdictions. If a payment processor blocks a deposit or withdrawal due to jurisdictional restrictions, we cannot override their decision. Limitation of Liability

We at ligareceh are not liable for any legal consequences, fines, or damages you may incur if you use our platform in violation of your local law. We are not liable for account suspension, fund forfeiture, or service termination resulting from jurisdictional violations. We are not liable for delays or failures in payment processing caused by payment processors or banking systems. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to your account balance at the time the claim arises.
